In the following cases, orders might not be processed:
- If the products shown on the website are not available.
- If we are unable to obtain authorization of payment.
All prices of the products on the website are quoted in INR.
Product Returns
YOU N I FASHIONS endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we offer returns or exchanges on products within 12 days of being delivered, as long as they are in the condition the customer received them in.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 72 working hours.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Cancellations
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
Refunds
All credit card and net banking transactions will be repaid using the same route which means if you have made your transaction using net banking facility, the net value of your order will be refunded back into your bank account. This will take 7- 10 working days from the time the returns are received and approved by the warehouse.
