Q. Why is my order still processing?

Q. How can I change/cancel my order?
A.If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at marketing@younifashion.com or call us at +91-11-42420492/93.
Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

RETURNS

Q. How do I know if an item is eligible for return?
A. We accept returns and exchanges within 12 days of the package being delivered. However, they are returnable only if unused, in the state you received it, and in the original packaging. Damaged parcel-product will not be accepted. Gift vouchers and codes cannot be returned or exchanged. Please write to us at marketing@younifashion.com, and state the reason of your return in the subject line of the email.

Q. Will my money be refunded?
A. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products .If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size, damage, wrong product received or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

Note: In case you have received a damage item or defective piece or the wrong product, you will need to get in touch with us within 24-48 hours of receiving the parcel by sending us an email on marketing@younifashion.com and we will get in touch with you in 24-48 working hours and arrange a replacement on priority and pick up the products from you.

SHIPPING

Q. What do you charge for shipping?
A. Shipping fees will be charged based on the weight and location of the city.

Q. What shipping method do we use?
A. We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as soon as possible.

Q. Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?
A. Not necessarily. A single order may ship as multiple shipments in order to ensure that the product is safe and handled with care – and therefore, gets to you in time.

Q. How long until my order ships?
A. All orders will take 10-15 days for delivery. Each piece is specially made for customer.

PAYMENTS

Q. What payment methods can I use?
A. We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.

The options are Online Payment via Credit or Debit. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Pay Pal.

Please note that if you have received a notifications that payment is gone through successfully and your order status shows a payment error, please email us on marketing@younifashion.com and we will get in touch with you 24-48 working hours.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit / debit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. This happens due to problems with your card issuing banks servers. You must try again till you get a successful notification.

Payment on your card bill will appear in your local currency (as per the norms of your card issuing bank). Your card will be charged in Indian currency as per prevailing rate of exchange and charge policies of your card issuer
